The Perfect Life- Chapter 16, The Surprise B-Day Party

Me- “Who was that?”
J-“No one. Just my mom.”
Me-“Ok.”
J-“I want to take you somewhere. So get ready. Ok?”
Me-“Where are we going?”
J-“Just get ready! Please? Just put on something presentable.”
Me-“OK.”
So we get ready. After we are ready, John says, “Go out to the car baby. I’ll be right there. I need to go do something.”
Me-“Ok.”
So I go out to the car and John calls you.
Ringggg!!!
U-“Hello?”
J- “Hey, its John. We are leaving. Amy’s in the car.”
U- “Ok. See ya!”
J- “Bye.”
So John drives us to the Mellon. (My eyes are blindfolded) He gets to the parking lot and lifts me up and out of the car. He carries me all the way to the meeting place where my party is being held. He puts me down, opens the door, takes my blindfold off and everyone says, “SURPRISE!!” I’m astonished.
MAF- “On behalf of the PGH penguins, HAPPY B-DAY AMY!!!”
Me- “Thank you.”
R- “Come and have a seat.”
So he takes my hand and leads me to a chair. You and Matt give me a $25.00 gift certificate to Borders. Rico comes over.
R- “Happy b-day Amy.” Then he gives me a pair of earrings and a matching bracelet. Straka comes over.
S- “Amy, these are for you.” They’re new hockey pads. Brooks comes over.
B-“Amy, this is for you.” Me- “Thanks!” He gave me beautiful diamond earrings. Matt came over.
M-“I didn’t get you anything because I don’t know what you like.” Then he stood me up and kissed me for 2 minutes. J-“Ok. That’s enough! Hello!!! I am standing RIGHT HERE!!!” Then we stop.
M-“Sorry, I got carried away.”
Me-“Its ok Matt. It was nice.” Then I run over to John and kissed him so he wouldn’t feel bad. Then I walked back to my seat.
D-“Amy, this is for you.” It was a massaging chair.
Me-“Thanks!” Then I gave him a little peck on the cheek. Then Marc-Andre came over. MAF-“This is for you.” It was a black dress. (It was VERY low cut)
Me-“Wow! Thanks!”
Then Surovy gave me a picture of the team and him. It was autographed. He also gave me a gift certificate to the spa for 2 days. Brian gave me a necklace. Sebastian gave me concert tickets to a Toby Keith concert. Eric got me a specialized Jersey. Ryan-“Amy, can I talk to you alone please?” So we go to a different room.
Me-“What did you want?”
RM-“I wanted to give you the kiss of a life time for your birthday.
Me- “OK. Just don’t make it too long.” We kissed for 5 minutes straight.
Me-“Wow!”
RM-“Did you like your present?”
Me-“Yeah! Thank you. Lets go back to the party.
After about 1 hour, I make an announcement.
Me-“May I have your attention please? Kay, can you come up here please?”
U-“Sure.”
Me-“We have something to tell you.”
U-“We do? Oh, yeah… we do!”
Me and u-“WE’RE… PREGNANT!”
Everyone congratulated us. We’re at the party till about 10:30pm. Then we all go home. U and Matt take me home because John had to help clean up the meeting room. I take a shower and go to bed. John comes home at about 11:30pm. He just goes to bed.
All that happens to us is that we get A LOT of mood swings and our stomachs get bigger and bigger.
A couple days before our due dates. We’re getting our bags for the hospital ready.
The day before I’m due, I start to have heavy contractions at about noon. (I’m in the hospital, I have John call you to meet us there.) It takes them ½ hour to admit me into the hospital to have my baby. I was going to rip off their heads because of the amount of pain I was in.
That night at 1:05am, I have a beautiful baby girl. Her name is Mary Ann Kaminski. (I’ll give you the other info.)
The next day, you call me up to say you’re coming to the hospital. You have a baby boy at 2:00pm. His name is Zack Tyler Bloom. I get discharged before you. We take off for the season because of our babies, but we DO go to all the games and cheer our team on and to keep them in line.

3 years later, I get pregnant… again. I have a bouncing baby boy. His name is David James Kaminski.
After that… you and Matt have a “2nd” honeymoon. You find out that you’re pregnant, and 9 months later, you have a beautiful baby girl.
Later on in life, I have a set of twins, and another girl. You have a set of twins. And we lived happily ever after!

The Perfect Life- Chapter 15, THE BIG NEWS!!!

Now its time to go home. We don’t have our own houses… YET!!! John and Matt are dropped off at their houses and we were dropped off at our house and we go inside. U- “Mom? Dad? We’re back from our Honeymoon!” No one answered, so we just go to our room. When we get in there, we find pictures and notes of houses on our beds! Finally Mom and Dad come home! You and me run down and bring the things we found and we started to ask questions. ME- “What is this?” Mom- “We wanted to get you two, I mean, have something that you can use and not get stuffed in the closet and get forgotten.” Dad- “Girls, those are your wedding presents.” ME- “A house?!” U- “Cool… thanks!!!” Then we run up to our room to call our husbands. After we called them, we talked about our presents and our honeymoons. Me- “Hey! My house has an in ground swimming pool.” U- “Cool. Mine has… a drive way as big as a basketball court!!!” Me- “Cool!” Well, a few days passed and we were packing to move into our houses. It took about a week to install and perfectly place everything in our OWN place! You know that me and John like lived in our pool. After a couple of weeks I started to get sick and I didn’t know why. So, John and me went to the hospital. When we get there, we (meaning John and I) see you and Matt there. Me- “Hey Kay! Why are you here?” U- “I started to feel REALLY sick and I didn’t know why so Matt brought me to the hospital. Why are you here?” Me- “I started to feel REALLY sick and I didn’t know why. So John brought me here.” Matt- “Isn’t that creepy?” The Head Nurse- “Mr. And Mrs. Bloom!” You two get up and go. Now we sign up. You two come back in about ½ hr. Right then, the nurse that called you, said, “Mr. And Mrs. Kaminski!” We come back in about ½ hr. Me- “We have something to tell you two. How about you two bring your bathing suits and come over. U &MB- “Fine with us.” So, John and me are already in the pool. Actually, I am in and John is on the edge diving in and swimming up to me. Me- “Hey Kay!!!” U- “Hey!” Me- “Come on in!” U- “OK.” Matt sets both of your stuff down and then he dives in with John. Matt swims to you and John swims to me. Me- “How about we head out of the pool to have fresh homemade lemonade and tell each other the info.” MB, U, &J- “Ok.” So we all get out and sit down to have lemonade. U-“ I’ll go first.” Me- “ok.” U- “I know why I was soooo sick. I’m…….. PREGNANT!” Me- “I also know why I was sooooo sick. I’m… I’m… I’m PREGNANT!!!” We congratulate each other. Me-“How will this effect our hockey career???” U- “I guess we take this season off… for the sake of our babies.” Me- “I guess you’re right.” We go back swimming for an hour. I hear the phone ring, so I get out to go answer it. Me- “Hello?” RM-“ Hey, this is Ryan Malone.” Me-“ Hey Ryan. Its Amy, what did you want?” RM-“I wanted to talk to John. Is he there?” Me-“Yeah. Hold on, let me go get him.” I yell to John- “JOHN!!! It’s Ryan! He wants to talk to you!!!” Me- “He’ll be right there.” John comes over, I give him the phone and I go back to the pool. John comes back to the pool after he’s done talking to Ryan. Me-“What did Ryan want?” J-“ Nothing, but I have to go somewhere. I will be back in about an hour.” Me-“Ok. I love you honey!” J-“I love you too baby!” Then he leaves.

John went to the Mellon. RM-“What took you so long???” J-“I had to get away from my wife.” RM-“Oh.” J-“So lets get started.” They start to decorate the meeting place. They decorate it because tomorrow is my B-DAY!!!! (The team doesn’t know that we’re pregnant… YET!!!) They decide to decorate before my b-day so it would be perfect. John comes home.
*********************************************************************************Me-“Hey baby. Where were you?” J-“No where. I just had to go out and get something from Ryan.” Me-“Baby, you’re a really, REALLY BAD LIAR!!!” J-“I know. But it’s a secret! You’ll find out tomorrow. Trust me, everything will be fine!” Me- “Ok. Lets have dinner.” J-“YEAH!!!” So we eat dinner. Then we took a shower together (all we did was make out!!!) Then we had friendly, good, and VERY SAFE SEX for about 5hr. and 45 min. It was GLORIOUS! Then we just made the bed, got in, and watched TV till we fell asleep.
I wake up at 9:30am and go to the kitchen to make some DECAF coffee. John wakes up at 10:00am. He pours a cup of coffee and treats me to breakfast on the couch (instead of breakfast in bed.) He made pancakes with bacon and orange juice. J-“HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEAUTIFUL!” Me- “Thank you! MMMmmmm!!! That looks good!!!” I reach over and try to pick up the tray but John stops me. J-“You shouldn’t be lifting anything heavy! Let me get that for you.” Then he feeds me my breakfast. It was nice. Then the phone rings at about noon. It was you and John picks up the phone. J-“Hello?” U-“Hey John, it Kailey.” J-“Oh. Let me go get her.” U-“John NO!!! I need to tell you something!” J-“Oh.” U-“Ryan called.” J-“Oh.” U- “He said that you two could go to the Mellon. They are all there. Me and Matt are about 5 minutes away.” J- “Ok. Thanks for telling me. I’ll go get her.” U-“Ok. Call me right before you leave the house. See you there!!!” J- “Ok. Bye.” Then you two hang up the phone.

The Perfect Life- Chapter 14, The Wedding Reception/Honeymoon

***IT IS THE BIG DAY!!!*
You and me are in the same dressing room to get our wedding dresses on. Matt and John are in a different dressing room getting their tux’s on.
***IT IS TIME!!!***
I’m wearing a plain white Rea Wang Dress with a slight amount of golden beads across the hemline. You wore a Versace Dress with lilies made of beads scattered across it. John is wearing a tux, as was Matt. After all the bridesmaids passed, we walked down with our dad. He kissed us at the end. We walked on the altar. The priest comes out. P-“We are gathered here today to celebrate the marriages of Amy and John and Kailey and Matt.” Well, we’ll just skip to the good part. P-“John, you may now kiss your bride, and Matt, you may now kiss your bride.” John kisses me hard, and Matt does the same to you. They lift us up and walk down the aisle into the white, stretch limo that awaited us. We went into the limo and Matt pushed the button after our doors were closed. A part of the wall flipped out and champagne poured into the four, tall crystal glasses. As soon as we all finished, we reached the Four Seasons, where we were holding the reception. This guy takes us into this marble room with LOADS of food. Well, the DJ starts the music and we dance. We see Fleury and Ian (Moran) in our reception. U-“Thanks for the dresses Fleury.” MAF-“No problem. Hey, do you like the reception place that I picked?” Us-“Yeah!” IM-“Hey, me and Fleury found you a great honeymoon. You’ll go to the Bahamas and the Caribbean!” Us-“WOW! Thank you SO much!” Then we see K.C., who seems sad. U-“K.C., what’s up?” K.C.-“I don’t know who to marry. Orlando, or Dan. They proposed but to top of it all, I DON’T WANT TO BE MARRIED YET!” Then Bloom comes over and drags her into the crowd. Me-“Bloom is violent!” So, we dance till 2:00 the go into the limo. We finally reach the Bahamas! (We used airplanes! YAY FIRST CLASS!!!) And we check into a FANCY hotel. We have the bellboy take our bags to the room and give him a tip. Then you know what happens there. We get ready to have sex. Me and John start to kiss in the bathroom. Before we are still fully dressed, we start to make out in the bathroom. Then he picks me up. (We are still making out.) He carries me to the bed, and then we get it on, if you know what I mean. We do what #9 on Nick Carter’s CD is singing. Now, to your room. Matt and Kailey were outside of their room. Kailey was against the wall and they started to kiss. Then after about ten minutes Matt pulls out the room key. He slowly slides the key in the door. (Still kissing) We go into the room and go to the dresser (by the door). Kay is against the dresser. After about 20 minutes, your shirt and bra were off and so were your bottoms. Matt was taking off his shorts and he was just in his boxers. Then an hour of sex, we laid there. Then started again. Then we heard a click. K.C. walked into the room. KC-“Hey guys, I know…” U-“KC, what the fuck are you doing here?” KC-“Is this a bad time?” MB-“YES!” KC-“Ok, when would be a better time?” U-“Tomorrow. Meet us in the lobby to have dinner.” KC-“Ok, bye.” After they were sure she was gone, they went back out and went to the bed this time. They went under the blanket and had sex for about four and a half more hours. The next morning, Matt and Kay go over to Amy and John’s room to tell them what happened with KC the night before. “Knock! Knock!” Me- “John, stop. Someone’s at the door.” J-“Fine.” Me- “Come in.” (Me and John hurry up and cover ourselves. U-“We have something to tell you.” J-“What?” MB-“ It has to do with KC and us.” (You and Matt) So you sit down and tell us the story. Then you two leave and me and John get back to having sex. We are having sex for about four hours and 40 minutes until you call. Me-“Hello?” U-“Hey, do you and John want to have dinner with me, Matt, and KC?” Me-“Hold on. Let me ask John.” U-“Ok.” Me-“John, Kailey and Matt want to know if we want to have dinner with them and KC.” J-“Ok. Ask them what time to meet them.” Me-“He wants to know what time to meet you two.” U-“About 5:00pm in the lobby.” Me- “Ok. See you then. Bye.” U-“See ya. Bye.” It is about 3:15om. We have about two hours and 25 minutes till we have to meet them. So we have sex for about one and a half hours. Then we go to the get into the shower. I get washed off. Then we get dressed and all of that good stuff. Its 4:55pm. We are finally ready. I try to run down the hall way in high heals, and that doesn’t work. So john picks me up like he did at the wedding. We get to the lobby at 5:00pm on the dot. KC gets there five minutes late. (Of course… lol) We go to Miakos. KC-“I remember what I was going to tell you!” U-“Well?” KC-“I know who I am going to marry…” Me-“Well?” KC-“I’m going to marry Dan!” Me, you, John, and Matt- “CONGRATULATIONS!” So we get food and the cook cooks right in front of us. It’s SO awesome! After we’re done eating, we go back to the hotel. You know what we do? You got it. We go back to have sex… again. John pins me up against the wall. We start kissing (like heck!) and he starts taking off my button down shirt. While he’s doing that, I take off his shirt too. Then he takes off my bra. He unzips my skirt and it falls right off. I take off his pants and he takes off my panties. And you know the rest of the description. I finally get my arms free and I push him onto the floor. Now we’re really into it. We are having sex on the floor for about two hours. Then we take a 10 minute break and go into the bed. You know what happens. Now to you. When you come to the hotel, Mat picks you up and you two start to kiss. He carries you up to your room. He puts you down. You’re outside of your room. You two do the same thing when you came the first day of your honeymoon. Now, do I have to describe that? I don’t think so. Any way, we kind of have sex pretty much all week. (The rest of the time that we’re at the Bahamas.) Now, its time to go to the Caribbean!!! I don’t even have to explain what we do there, but I will. Matt picks you up and carries you to the limo. John picks me up and carries me to the limo too! When we get to the hotel, Matt escorts you to the front desk. John does the same to me. We check in and give the bellboy our bags. We all go to our rooms. My room: We tip the bellboy and he takes our luggage into the room. We are making out in the hall for lie five minutes. Then we go into our room. We go into the bathroom so we can get “dressed”. John puts me on top of the sink. Then he starts helping me by undressing me. (While kissing) I also help him. (If you know what I mean) We opened the door to the bathroom and went out of it. Right now, we are butt naked, standing right in the middle of the floor, kissing/making out our little hearts out. We are like that for about 20 minutes. Then we go into bed. Now, we’re having sex. We are getting it on so much that we accidentally get tangled up in the sheets and fall onto the floor. I don’t care, that just means we have more room! We are like that for about four hours. We were like that for so long that I couldn’t even remember how long we were like that on the floor. All I can tell you is that we got it going on really, really, REALLY good. It was H-O-T-T!!!
Now to you and Matt. Matt takes you into the room. He can’t wait. Right after he shuts the door, he immediately starts to take your clothes off. You are surprised that he was so anxious, but you go along with it. Before you know it, you are stark naked up against the wall and are in his arms. You two are kissing and making out and doing much, much, MUCH more than that…. And that was just up against the wall! Then you two make it over to the bed, you two are getting it on!!! You two are having hot, steamy sex! Need I say more? We’re like this for about one week. Just so you know, we do eat and do some sight seeing a little bit during the day too!!!

The Perfect Life- Chapter 13, The "Nights" at the HoHo

Me-“Well we have to go.” John whispers, “Go where?” Me-“I’ll tell you in the car.” So we (All the people who are getting married) all get our stuff and go to my car. Me and John sit in the front and you and Matt make out in the back. (Against my better judgment) I drive to our house so we can get extra sets of clothes. On the way to the house, I explain where we are going and what we were going to do. We get to the house and get really, really, REALLY sexy P.J.’s for the “” night at the hotel (hoho), and get clothes for the next days. We get our stuff together really quick and leave to go to the hotel. So, we get into the car and speed over to the hotel. We all check in and get our keys to go to our rooms. We run and find our rooms. Me and John barge into our room and get “dressed” for the “night” at the hotel. You and Matt do the same. Now to my room first. We stood there, just kissing. Then, John picks me up, carries me over to the bed, then we stop kissing… but just for a second. We move up to the pillows, get under the covers, and then we pick up where we started. We get a little steamy and start to have sex. We get really into it. He starts to take off my shirt. Then he attempted to take of my bra. Then he was attempting to take off my bottoms… and so on. (If you know what I mean!) Now to your room. You and Matt started standing by the door. You two started to kiss for a while. While still kissing, you two walked over to the bed. You stopped and, MB-“Kailey, I love you so much!” U-“I love you too!” Then you started to kiss again. You were sitting on the bed. Then after about two hours Matt went down and you went on the top. You two kissed like that for about an hour. Then you two turned and you went on the bottom and he went on the top. Then you two started getting it on. The same thing that as going on in the other room, except yours was more in the nude. Yours was actually all the way of. And he was working on the bottom. And you did it for the next four hours. Now, back to my room. Me and John had sex for about five hours and 45 minutes. Then we all got hungry and we all got dressed in appropriate clothing. Then we go out to eat at a restaurant. We were out eating for about one and a half hours. Then we went back to the hotel and did it all over again. (The same thing happens in the other room. (Matt and Kailey’s) We kind of do “IT” till the next morning. Then we all got ready to go to breakfast. Then we did it all over again. We do that till about dinnertime. Then we got dressed and went home. WE DID NOT TELL OUR PARENTS! The next day we all get together at an ice cream place. Me-“So, when should w plan the weddings?” U-“How about in a month?” Me, Matt, and John all say that it was fine with us. So we get right to planning the wedding in a day. So we move the wedding to a week later! We all did stuff and got everything together to set up for the wedding.

The Perfect Life- Chapter 12, The Confession

It’s 6:00, we leave to get to the restaurant. It takes about 15 minutes to get there. We are finally there! It’s about 6:25pm, so you and me go to the bathroom to freshen up. When we get back to the lobby, our parents are there. Me-“Hey Mom.” U-“Hey Dad.” Mom- “Hi girls.” Dad-“Why did you two ask us to meet you here?” Me- “Because Kay, Matt, John and Me wanted to do something nice for you guys.” Dad-“Oh, really? Honey, can I talk to you in private?” Mom-“Sure.” They go to the other side of the lobby. Mom-“What did you want?” Dad-“I think I know why they wanted us to come here.” Mom-“Why do you think they asked us to come here?” Dad-“It’s either they want something from us, they are pregnant, or they are getting married!” Mom-“You don’t say? I don’t care what you think. I’m just glad they are doing something nice for us for a change.” Dad-“Yeah, I guess you’re right.” They go back to join us. W-“The Shwartz family, your table is ready.” So we all follow him to our table. We all sit down. W-“What would you like to drink?” Matt and you say Diet Coke. Me-“I’ll have a gingerale.” J-“I will have some Pepsi.” Dad-“I’ll have some tea with lemon.” Mom-“I’ll have a Sprite.” Your BF’s parents-“We’ll have a diet Pepsi.” My BF’s parents- “We’ll have Pepsi.” W-“Thank you. I’ll be right back with your drinks.” We talk for about 5 minutes until the waiter comes back with our drinks. W-“Have you decided what you wanted to eat yet?” Me-“Yes.” Your BF’s parents-“We’ll have the Fillet Minion.” My BF’s parents- “We’ll have the shrimp scampi with lemon sauce.” Our parents-“We’ll have spaghetti.” Me and John-“We’ll also have the spaghetti.” You and Matt-“We’ll also have the shrimp scampi.” The waiter goes to put our orders in. we all talk for like a half hour till the waiter comes with our food. Then, we eat. After we pay the bill, John pulls me over to talk to me alone. J-“Who’s house should we go to?” Me-“I don’t know. How about…. Matt’s house?” J-“Ok. Lets go ask him if it’s ok.” When we ask him, he says ok. U-“Everyone, we are going to Matt’s house for a get together. So, lets go.” We go to my car. You got front seat, and Matt is the driver. Me and John are in the back seat. Matt leads our parents back to his house. On the way, me and John are SO excited to tell our parents, so, we just start to make out in the back seat. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Matt’s, and guess what! Me and John are making out the whole time! We all get to Matt’s house. (That includes ALL of our parents) We all go into Matt’s house and go into the living room. Then, me, you, John, and Matt stand next to each other. Us-“We all have something to tell you!” Me-“ Me and John are getting… married!” Then we kiss. Then, you and Matt say, “We’re getting married!!!” Then you two kiss. Then, our Mom and Dad say, “WHAT?! YOU TWO ARE TOO YOUNG TO GET MARRIED!!!” Me-“Mom, we are perfectly old enough to get married. Plus, ITS NOT YOUR DECISION! We are the ones who got proposed to by our REALLY GOOD, not to mention, SEXY BOYFRIENDS AT A LIT UP FOUNTAIN IN A PARK WITH FIREWORKS AND EVERYTHING!” Mom-“Well fine. You two get married. What do I care? Remember you will have debts, and buy a house, and raise kids. After a while, that gets EXTREMELY expensive!” U-“We don’t care about that. Plus, we go the money, and A LOT of it!”

The Perfect Life- Chapter 11, We're Home!!!

*** 1 Week Later!!!***
We all get on the bus to go home. We sit with like all the HOTT people and our “husbands”. We all are talking and crap. When we were about half way there, I called Mom and Dad to let them know where we were. We didn’t tell them about the weddings. We wanted it to be a surprise. I sleep the rest of the way home, with my head on John’s shoulder.
***We Get to the Parking Lot!!!***
J-“Honey, get up. We’re at the parking lot at the Mellon.” Me-“What?” J-“We are at the Mellon baby.” Me-“Ok.” So we get our stuff and go home. (It’s late at night) MB-“Night Kay. I love you!” U-“Night. I love you too!” J- “Goodnight Amy. I love you!” Me-“I love you too baby.” Then Matt kisses you and John kisses me. We are there for about five minutes kissing our boyfriends. Then we go inside and go straight to bed. The next morning, during breakfast, mom and dad asked us about the game. They were SO excited. They gave us both a Nano IPod. My cell phone rings. Me-“Hello?” J-“Hey, its me.” Me-“Oh, hey baby. Could you hold on for a minute?” J-“Sure.” Me-“Uh, guys, can I be excused?” Mom-“Sure.” Me-“Thanks. John, are you still there?” J-“Yep.” Me-“So, what do you want?” J-“I wanted to talk to you about the marriage.” Me-“Oh. How about Matt, Kay, you and me go out to the park or some place and talk about how we’re going to tell our parents.” J-“Cool. How about you tell Kay and I’ll tell Matt. When should we meet?” Me-“Let’s say about 12:30pm.” J-“Ok. Bye baby! I love you!” Me-“I love you too. Bye.” I hang up and get you. Then we go to our room to talk in private. U-“What’s up?” Me-“We are meeting John and Matt at the park at 12:30pm so we can talk about how to tell our parents about “you know what” ;)” U-“Ohhhh….” We get ready to meet our guys.
***We Go to the Park!***
U-“Look! I see them!” Me-“Lets go!” So we catch up with Matt and John. MB-“Hey babe.” Then you kiss him. Then, while Matt is “talking” to you, John says to me, “Hey babe!” Then we kiss. There were little kids standing right there and they were all like, OOOHHHH!!!!! THEY KISSIN’! We all stop, laugh, and walk away. Matt and you are holding hands, and me and John are holding hands. MB- “So, what do you guys want to do?” Me- “How about we go and get some ice cream and talk about the marriage.” You, Matt, and John all say Ok. So we all go and get ice cream from Sweet Licks. You and Matt get mint chocolate chip and me and John get chocolate chip cookie dough. U-“How are going to tell our parents?” Me-“Yeah, who knows what they are going to say.” J-“How about we take our parents out to eat. Then, we go to one of our houses. All of our parents sit down. Then, we all tell them in unison, “We’re Getting MARRIED!” You, Matt, and me say that that’s a great idea. U-“We have to go to the mall and get a new out fit for this glorious occasion!” Me-“I’m down with that!” So we all go to the mall. I get a B-E-A-UTIFUL dress. It’s all shimmery and really pretty. I get matching shoes and purse! You get a really cute black skirt with a silky red shirt, and you get matching shoes and purse! Then we go to the nail saloon and get our nails done to match our outfits. It’s about 5:00pm, all of our parents are still at work! So, we make a BIG note and put it on the front door. It says:

RM-“Hey Amy, wait up!” Me- “What’s up Ryan?” RM- “Can I talk to you?” Me- “Sure. Hold on. Hey John and Kay, you two go on. I’ll be there in a minute.” RM- “Amy, are you sure you want to marry John?” Me- “Yeah, why?” RM-“Because… well, see… Amy…” Me- “Yeah?” RM-“I, I love you.” Me-“Wait! HOLD UP! WO, WH!? YOU WHAT?” RM-“I love you. I don’t know, but when I’m with you or when I see you, my hands get all sweaty. And I get butterflies in my stomach.” Me-“You could have told me that before!” RM-“But, before I didn’t have the courage to tell you. You have NO idea how many times I’ve tried to tell you!” Me- “Ryan, you’re one of the toughest guys I know! And you’re someone who always speaks his mind.” RM-“I know, but Amy Shwartz, I LOVE YOU!” Me- “Ryan, I think John, Matt, and Kay should help with this.” RM-“Maybe that will help. U-“Hey Ryan. What up?” RM-“You will find out in a minute.” Me-“Can everyone sit down please? Thank you. I just found out that Ryan Loves me, but I’m going to get married. We all need to find a way to fix Ryan’s (air quotes) “little” problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?” D-“I had a dream just like this. Maybe Amy can kiss John and tell us how she felt kissing him. Then, she kisses Ryan and tells us how she felt when she was kissing him.” (This was from your story) Me-“We cam try it. Is that ok with you two?” John and Ryan- “Yeah.” Me-“ John, come here. We are going into a different room. Get us in three minutes.” John and me go to the other room. Me and John kiss for all 3 minutes, nonstop. You come in. U-“Times up!” So we all go back to the lobby. B-“So, how did you feel?” Me-“I felt secure. Later on, you, Matt, John, and me go out to do some sight seeing. We go see Niagara Falls. It was sooooo beautiful! Then we went to a shopping center. Added together, you and me had about 10 bags of stuff each!!! After that, we go to a restaurant and get something to eat.

The Perfect Life- Chapter 9, Our Romantic Proposal

After the phone call, John and Matt come in and they say that they want to take us somewhere special. We got our coats and purses and they took us to the park where there was a lit up water fountain. It was B-E-A-UTIFUL!! The water fountain was just like the one at EPCOT.
We sat down. Matt says to John, “ Go ahead, ask her!” Then he mustered up some courage, got down on one knee and said, “Amy, will you marry me?” Then he took out a small black, crushed velvet box and opened it up. Me- “YES! Yes I will marry you!!!” Then he put the ring on my finger. Then Matt got down on one knee, took out a small crushed red velvet box and opened it, and said, “Kailey, will you marry me?” U-“YES I will marry you!” Then you kiss Matt, and I kiss John. Behind us, there were fireworks going of while we were kissing. Then we all went back to the hotel and had everyone go to the lobby so we could tell them the good news! After about 15 minutes, everyone was in the lobby. Matt, you, John, and me stand up on the bench. Me-“Everybody, we have good news!” U & Me-“WE’RE GETTING MARRIED!!!” Everyone screamed and we started to cry. But they were tears of friggin’ JOY!!! Everyone went back to their rooms except Straka, Fleury, Brooks, Matt B., Rico, Ryan, Brian, Caron, Surovy, Drake and Eric. MAF-“Congratulations! I hope you guys will be happy together. Especially you Amy.” Me- “Why me?” Ryan- “Because you and John can’t keep each other’s tongues down each other’s throats!” EM- “Hey John, do you mind if I kiss Amy? You know, like a congratz thing?” J-“Sure.” EM-“Amy, this is for you.” Then he kisses me. EM-“Hey Matt, can I kiss Kailey? You know, like a congratz thing?” MB-“Sure.” Then he kisses you. R-“This is GREAT news guys! Will we be invited?” U-“Definitely! Why wouldn’t we invite you guys?” R- “No reason. Just wondering.” D-“I was waiting till later to give these to you two.” Then he takes out two long, thin boxes and hands them to us. We opened them and they were matching diamond necklaces with matching earrings! Us-“Thanks Drake!” Then we kiss him on his cheek. S-“I’ll be right back. I have something for you two.” He leaves. Su-“I didn’t get you two anything yet, but I think this will do.” Then he kisses us both. Us-“Thanks Thomas!” Su-“No problem.” B-“It’s small, but I think you two will like it.” Then he hands us little velvet boxes, and inside, were diamond rings. Then Straka came back with big packages. S-“Here. I got you two this for the ceremony, but I think this is a better time for you to have them.” He handed us the boxes. They were black, high cut dresses with matching shoes. S-“I had Matt and John help me to get the right sizes.” Us-“Thanks!” Me-“Yeah, they are BEAUTIFUL!” C-“Here. I think you will like these. Here’s one for Amy and here’s one for Kailey.” They were tiaras! They were beautiful! Me-“ This is BEAUTIFUL! Thanks Sebastien!” U-“Thanks Sebastien! These are beautiful!” H-“I didn’t get you two anything yet, but this might do.” Then he gives us a kiss. Us-“Thanks Brian!” M- “Now, Matt, and John, take these and put them on your fiancé’s hand. The Perfect Life- Chapter 8, The Last Game For the Stanley Cup

We win all the rest of the games for our season. We’re in the play offs!!! DO YOU BELIEVE IT?! I’m the starter goalie for the game! The SLU for the last game of the playoffs was, me in goal, you and Brooks at D, Matt B and Surovey at W, and Rico at C. There’s A LOT of people counting on me because this is the game to see who wins the Cup. So I have to be S-H-A-R-P! In the first period, there were no goals scored. In the second period, we scored 2. The first was from you assisted by Bradley and Brooks. The second goal was scored by Bradley assisted by you and Eric. In the third period, we scored 1 goal by Bradley unassisted. It was an open net. The three stars were, #3- Pittsburgh Penguins, Kailey, #2- Pittsburgh Penguins, Matt Bradley, #1- Pittsburgh Penguins, Amy! You skated out to get the Cup and held it up. All of us are cheering. We passed it around and stuff. Then we all went to the locker room. There was SOOO MUCH NOISE! Edzo came in and caught us BEFORE we went to get a shower (lol) and congratulated us on a G-R-E-A-T Game! After, I was done with my shower. John was waiting in the hall. Me- “Hey Baby!” J- “Hey! Great game!” Me- “Thanks.” J- “This is for you!” Then he kissed me, and picked me up because he was SO happy for me. After we were done, you went out into the hall and Matt comes running up to you and picks you up, and throws you in the air, then he catches you and he kiss you. U-“WOW! Thanks Babe!” MB-“You’re welcome.” The whole team goes back to the hotel and we’re all celebrating. We call up Mom and Dad and we were on the phone for 2 hours and 45 minutes. We talked about the game and how I made the shut out and how you made the first goal for the 3-0 win! Mom and Dad were so proud of us! They said when we get home, they are going to throw a H-U-G-E party for us.

The Perfect Life- Chapter 7, The Mini Party

After we have dinner, Fleury calls. Me- “Hello?” MAF-“This is Fleury. Can you and Kay come over my house?” Me- “Why?” MAF- “Trust me.” Me- “Ok. Hold on.” I ask our parents and they say ok. “Marc?” MAF-“Yeah?” Me- “They said OK. But I don’t know where your house is.” MAF- “No problem. I’ll be over in 20 minutes.” Me- “Can we bring our boyfriends?” MAF-“Sure, whatever. PLEASE look presentable!” Me- “Ok. Bye.” MAF-“Bye.” We get ready and we lend our boy friends some of dad’s work clothes and ties. If I may say, we all look VERY stunning. Fleury comes over and picks us up and takes us over to his house. When we get there the team is there, and they all say, “C-O-N-G-R-A-T-U-L-A-T-I-O-N-S!!!” S-“Girls, come over here. We all have something for you!” We sit down the couch and every one surrounds us and brings gifts to us for a good game. They say it’s probably that a new goalie gets a shutout and a defenseman gets their first goal in their first game. We got a lot of jewelry and makeup, but I got a new goalie stick and helmet and you get a new helmet and stick. We thank everyone and we get… C-A-K-E!!! (mmmmm….. cake….) At about 10:30, we go home, Matt and John give us a kiss goodnight, and go home. We put our stuff away and go to bed.

It’s Friday and we play the Bruins. I’m starter goalie… again… the 7th game in a row! The SLU was you and Orpik at D, Ryan and Surovy at W, and Fata at C. In the first period, we scored one goal by Eric, assisted by You and Ryan. In the second period, we scored 1 and it was from TK assisted by Big Mac and me. The other team scored too. It was by Ian unassisted. In the third, we scored 2 goals. The first one by you unassisted, and the second one was from Drake assisted by You and Brooks. Then the announcer came on and said, “And now for your three stars!!! Your third star, the Pittsburgh Penguins, number 44, Brooks Orpik! Your second star, Pittsburgh Penguins, number 55 Drake B!!! And your first star, and player of the game, Pittsburgh Penguins, Kailey!!!! After the game, Matt and John came down and gave us a kiss for a good game. After my shower, my cell phone rings. I pick it up. Me- “Hello?” It was my former cheating boy friend. Old BF- “Hi, is this Amy?” Me- “Yeah. Who is this?” OLD BF- “This is Joe. Your old bf, remember?” Me-“Yeah, but I’m over with you. Now that you left, I have a better life, second, I have a boy friend who cares about me.” OLD BF-“I did care about you!” Me-“If you cared at all about me, you wouldn’t have been sitting in a window seat at EatN’Park leaning over to kiss another girl!” OLD BF-“Yeah, that was harsh, but can we make up?” Me- “NO WAY! I have to go. I’ll talk to you later.” Then I hung up. U- “Who was that?” Me- ”Oh, no one. At least no one I really care about any more.” U- “Oh.” We get our stuff and we go out to eat with our BF’s. At about 11:30, you and me leave to go home because we don’t want to get grounded.

The Perfect Life, Chapter 6, Edzo's Big Mistake

After the game we were screaming and jumping for joy. Edzo comes in and I’m getting my “undergarments” to get into the shower. Edzo walks in and says, “Hey Amy,” Me- “AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?! I’M TRYIGN TO GET A SHOWER YOU IMBISIL!” E- “I just wanted to tell you good game.” Me- “You could have told me that AFTER I got out of the locker room!” E-“Sorry!” Then he leaves. After we’re done, we run into our boy friends and our parents. Mom-“Guy’s, great game!” J-“Yeah! You two rocked! Especially you Amy!” MB- “Yeah, nice saves Amy. Baby, nice goal.” He attempts to kiss you but you step on his foot because our parents are there. Dad-“You both played an awesome game. Nice job.” Mom- “Do you girls need a ride?” Us-“No.” U- “Amy drove over here. Remember? And John and Matt are coming with us.” Our parents leave and we go to the car. Before we get in, Matt and John lean us against the car, take our hands (Matt takes yours and John takes mine) and they kiss us like for five minutes. Then, we go home, (the boys included) we all go up to our room. Matt and you are on your bed making out, and me and John are making out on mine. It stays that way till dinner. WE HAVE STEAK!!!!!!

The Perfect Life- Chapter 5, Our First Game

I get up at 9:00 am and do stuff. You’re still asleep. The phone rings and I pick up the phone. Me- “Hello?” MB- “Hi. Is Kay there?” Me- “No Matt, she’s still sleeping. Do you want me to leave her a message?” MB-“I just wanted her to know that I’ll be at the game tonight, and good luck.” Me- “Anything else?” MB- “Yeah. Good Luck Amy.” Me- “Thanks Matt.” MB- “No problem. See you later!!!” I hang up and you come down. U- “Who was that?” Me- “Matt. He left you a message, here.” You read it. U- “Thanks.” Me- “No prob.” We go and eat breakfast and studied for our Bio Test. We can only think about tonight. Me- “Screw this! Lets go practice! This is going to be our FIRST NHL game in our LIFE!!!” U- “You’re right.” So we get our gear on and we practice. You shoot at me at every angle possible… I stop every one. We practice till noon. We go inside and take showers. Right when I’m going to get into the shower, John calls. Me- “Hello?” J- “Hey, its me.” Me-“Hey. What’s up?” J-“Nothing. I just wanted to say Good Luck and I’ll be there at the game, cheering you on.” Me- “Thanks. Um….. Hey can I call you back in about 45 minutes? You called right when I was going to get a shower.” J- “Ok. Talk to you later!” Me- “Bye baby.” I take a shower and call John back. Its time for lunch. We eat lunch and then we just sit back and be bums for about 3 hours. I take a nap and I have NO idea what you’re doing because, DUH! I’M ASLEEP! You wake me up and we get our stuff to go to the game. While I’m looking for the keys, you call all of our friends and tell them to come to the game or at least to watch it. I finally find my keys and we leave. We get there just in time for pre-skate and pre-pep talk. The game is about to start and Matt and John come down to wish us luck and give us a kiss to remember! (This is when Drake and Straka are still on the team!!!) The SLU was me in goal, Ryan and Surovy at wing, Drake and Brooks at Defense, and Rico at Center. In the first period, it was 2-0 Pens. The goals were made by You from Eric and Bradley. The second goal from Drake by Brian and Me. In the second period, we scored one goal… AN OPEN NET!!! It was from Tarnstrom, unassisted. In the third period, we didn’t score at all. The final score was 3-0 Pens. The three stars were, third- Ryan, second- You, and first- Me (it was because of my shutout!)

The Perfect Life- Chaper 4, Amy's Big Date

Then the phone rang. You go to answer it. U- “Hello?” J-“Is Amy there?” U-“Yeah. Hold on just a second. Let me go get her.” J- “Ok.” You come and get me. Me- “Hello? Who is this?” J-“This is John. Remember? From the run-in yesterday?” Me- “Yeah. So what did you want?” J-“Are you free? … Oh lets say…. Friday?” Me-“Let me check. Ummm… yeah, I’m free Friday. Why?” J-“I was wondering if… you would like to go see a movie and have pizza afterwards.” Me- “Sure. But I have to tell my parents.” J-“Ok. Get back to me on that. You know my phone number…. Right?” Me- “Yeah. Isn’t it 412-366-4411?” J- “Yep! Don’t forget.” Me- “I wont. Bye.” J- “Bye.” We hang up. U- “What was that about?” Me- “Oh nothing. Except, that John asked me out on Friday night!” U- “Really? What did you say?” Me- “I said that I was able to go but I had to check it with my parents first. “ U- “Be sure to ask Mom. You know that she’ll let you go. Don’t even try asking Dad, he’ll ground you so long so you wouldn’t even be able to see a guy… till you’re 25!” Me- “I know.” U- “What are you going to wear?” Me- “I don’t know. I’d probably have you go shopping with me, and have you help me pick out an outfit.” U- “Cool! So when we going?” Me- “How about right now?” U-“Ok. Hold on. I have to leave a note for Mom and Dad.” Me- “You’re probably right. So you right the letter and I will get our purses.” We go to the mall. We went to JC Pennys because they had a 75% off sale. We get me a black mini skirt and a cute silk white shirt. I got a cute purse and black high heals with white stockings. (To match the shirt. I really don’t want to look Goth!) You got a red tank top with a blue jean mini skirt. You also get a cute purse and a pair of funky sandals. Then we go to the saloon to get our hair and nails done. Me- “It’s getting late. We’d better go home.” U-“You’re probably right.” So we get our stuff and went home. We ate dinner and then watched “Switched” on ABC Family. After Switched, we played spit. Then we went to bed. ITS FRIDAY!!! You get up at 9:00am and then you get me up. U-“Amy! Get up! We’re going to be late!” Me- “Late for what?” U- “PRACTICE!” Me-“Oh SHIT!” I get up and get ready. I brush my hair and put it in a messy bun. I get ready in 5 minutes flat! We stop at McDonalds for breakfast. We eat on the way there. Practice started at 10:00 and we got there at 9:45am. We go to the locker room to get our stuff on for practice. Then we stretch. Edzo tries to teach us the plays. But that doesn’t really work very well. During scrimmage I didn’t let any goals in!! (GO ME!) Then practice ended at 1:00pm. We went to the locker room and went into our private shower room. (So we wouldn’t be butt naked in front of the guys. Dad appreciated it. Lol) this time I actually brought shampoo!!! (GO ME!) After we were done, Edzo wanted to talk to us. E-“Hey guys. Wait up!” U-“What do you want Edzo?” E- “I just wanted to say awesome practice and that the both of you are playing in tomorrow’s game.” Me- “Ok. Thanks. Bye. WAIT!!! HOLD ON! WE’RE PLAYING TOMORROW? MEANING I’M THE STARTING GOALIE?!” E- “Yeah, so what’s your point?” Me- “Nothing.” So on the way home, we talk about tomorrow’s game. We get home at about 2:00 pm. I call John so I know when he’s picking me up. (Ring, ring) J- “Hello?” Me- “Hi John. What’s up?” J-“Nothin. Who’s this?” Me-“its Amy.” J-“Oh, HI!” Me- “I wanted to know when you are picking me up for our date tonight.” J-“Is 4:00pm fine?” Me- “That’s awesome! See you then! Bye!” J-“Bye!” I hang up. U- “So, what did he say?” Me- “He said 4:00 pm.” U-“Then you better get your butt in gear! So I rush to get dressed and have my make-up ready, and my hair just right. You help me with that. Its 3:30pm. We’re making sure I’ve got everything. Then we just look at magazines and stuff. Its 4:00 pm right on the nose. And John is there. You get the door. You’re wearing blue sweats a sweatshirt and a white T-shirt with your fuzzy slippers. U- “You must be John.” J- “Yep.” U-“Come on in and have a seat. She’ll be right down.” I come down and John says, “WOW! You look… nice.” But I know what he was really thinking, “DAMN SHE LOOKS HOTT!” J-“You ready?” Me- “Definitely.” First we go see a movie. 50 First Dates to be exact. We loved it. It was sooo funny! Then we went to get pizza afterwards. Then we went to do bumper cars. That was THE BEST! He even won me a big teddy bear. Then we came home .on the doorstep, he gave me a kiss… on the lips! Do you believe it? We just met, and went on our first date. We say goodnight. And what a good night it was! When I get inside, I feel like I want to scream! You come down stairs and say, “So, what happened?” Me- “We saw a movie, got pizza, and went to do bumper cars. He won me a teddy bear and brought me home. Then we kissed. U-“That’s it?” Me- “Yeah. Well, I better go to bed and rest up for tomorrow’s game.” Before I go to bed, I leave a message on John’s answering machine asking him if he wanted to come to our game tomorrow.

The Perfect Life- Chapter 3, The Run In

***NOTE*** I had a BF, but we broke up 2 weeks ago! Any way, I go to the mall and get stuff. Then I’m walking past EatN’ Park. When I walk by, I see my old BF there… WITH ANOTHER GIRL!!! I couldn’t believe it! That little 2 timen’ fuckin’ son of a bitch!!! That little ass hole!!!
I just wanted to die! I was running down the sidewalk sobbing. Then I ran into someone, and I fell back because I wasn’t paying any attention. The guy- “Oh, I’m sorry. Are you ok?” Me- “Yeah, I’m ok. It’s not your fault. I wasn’t paying attention to where I was going.” The guy- “How about we go down to Starbucks. My treat.” Me- “Ok.” I swear, you should have seen his face! It was SOOOO cute!!! I felt like I was floating in space! His eyes! His hair! He was F-I-N-E!!! Any way, after we get our coffee and sit down, we start to talk. I found out who he was, where he works, and even where he goes to school!!! I even got his phone number! It’s: 412-369-4411. Me- “Thanks for the coffee John.” J- “No problem. It’s the least I could do when I ran into you.” Me- “Sorry. That was my fault. I was really angry and…” THEN HE KISSED ME!!! Not just a little peck on the cheek, but on the lips! Now I was leaping for joy inside. Me- “What was that for?” J- “I really like you.” Me- “But we just met!” J- “I know, but I couldn’t control myself.” (Of course I didn’t care!!! Lol….) Me- “I really like you too, but…” J- “But what?” Me- “I have to go or else I’ll be in trouble with my parents. And trust me, I don’t want them to be mad at me! Bye John! Call me tonight!” J- “I will.” Then I was practically running to my car with my head in the sky. I drive home and come into the house. You ask- “Are you ok?” Me- “I’m fine. Really!!!” MB- “Really? You look like you were hit by the love bug.” Me- “What if I was? What would you think of that? Huh?” U- “So, what’s he like?” Me- “He’s sweet, and charming, and really nice to talk to. He’s really cute, and a HELL of a kisser! You probably would think that he wasn’t cute.” MB- “So, how did you meet him?” Me- “Well, I met him after I saw my cheating boy friend with this other girl. I kinda ran into him. I said I was sorry. He said that it was ok, and he bought me coffee.” MB- “Cool! Well, uh… Kailey, I gotta go.” U- “Ok. Bye.” He gives you a 5 minute kiss and then he leaves. I show you what I got at the mall and tell you what happened with John. At 6:30 pm we eat dinner, dance, and listen to music until we had to go to bed. The next day we get up at 8:30 am to get ready for practice. We leave the house at 9:00 am to get to the Mellon. When we got there, we put on our gear and practiced. We were there for 3 and ½ hours…. JUST PRACTICING!!! After practice, we sped home to get a long, long, LONG shower. Thank GOODNESS that we have 3 bathrooms! After about 2 ½ hrs, we finally get out of our showers and get dressed.

The Perfect Life- Chapter 2, The Meeting

The next morning we got up to go to the mall, and eat breakfast. Then we went to KHOLS. U got a knee length black skirt and a purple silk shirt with black shoes and stalkings. I got a leather skirt and a blue silky shirt with black shoes and stalkings. We paid for the stuff and we went home to get ready. We got home about 9:00 am. We got dressed and got ready for the meeting. Then we gathered up our stuff for practice. We left the house at about 9:35 am, and arrived 15 minutes early. (THERE WAS NO TRAFFIC!!!) When we were trying to find Edzo’s office, we ran into Rico. R- “Are you looking for Edzo’s office?” US- “Yeah.” R- “Come with me. I’ll show you where it is.” So we followed Rico. (and why wouldn’t we? He is soooo FINE!!!) While we waited for Edzo, we talked. Edzo came about 20 minutes late. E- “Sorry I’m late. My alarm didn’t go off. Come on in.” He opens the door to his office and we all go in. E- “ Well, I for one am very glad that you girls are on the team.” US- “We are too!” E- “Well, since I got her late, we got to a rough start.” So then he pulled out contracts for us to fill out. Me- “You want us to fill out ALL of this?” E- “Just the parts I tell you to.” So after about one hour, we were done with the contracts. Then there was a sudden nock at the door. “Knock! Knock!” E- “Come in.” There were two men that came in. I swear they looked like they were from the secret service or from MIB or MIB2! E- “Come in Mr. Krinch and Mr. Marrcella. Girls, these are your agents. Kailey, this is your agent, Mr. Krinch. And Amy, this is your agent, Mr. Marcella.” Us- “Uh, Hi.” Maybe they weren’t from MIB or MIB2, but it was a nice idea (while it lasted.) My Agent- “So, where are the contracts that we have to look over and fill out?” U- “They’re already done.” Ur Agent- “Really? Well, we have a small part to fill out with you girls.” Me- “Do we have to fill them out? Our hands have cramps.” Ur Agent- “No. The only thing you two have to do is tell us the information and put your signature at the bottom of the last page.” US- “THANK GOODNESS!!!!” So we fill that out for about 20 minutes. Then, the Devil comes in. CP- “Oh, hello girls, I’m…” I butt in- “You’re Craig Patrick. The Penguins GM. YOU’RE THE ONE WHO TRADED HEDBERG, IAN MORAN, ANDY FERENCE, ALEXI KOVELEV AND SOOOO MANY MORE!!!” CP- “You must be Kailey.” U- “No, I’m Kailey. She’s Amy, and she hasn’t had her cappuccino from Starbucks yet. That’s why she’s going bananas.” CP-“I see. Are you done with the contracts yet?” E- “Yeah.” CP- “Then lets go for a little tour of the Mellon, shall we?” (Me whispering to myself- “No we shan’t) We tour the Mellon. Then after that, we go back to Edzo’s office to get our stuff. U- “Thank you Mr. CP. That was… that was… was interesting.” Me- “Yeah, what she said.” U- “Lets go down to practice!” Me- “Lets go!” E-“We better get down there. Only the Lord knows what they’re doing down there.” So we go down to the locker room and got ready. At practice, Edzo tries us in every position. First U we on D and so was I !!! We rocked!!! Then he put us at wing. We were A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!! Then he put you in goal and me at C. We were ok. Then we switched, me in goal and you at C. We both ROCKED! Then Edzo made his decision. Me in goal and you at D, just what we wanted!!! Then Matt calls you up to tell you that he’s in the seats. You spot him, wave, and tell him that you’ll be right up. You go up and tell him the good news. You two are so happy and you two are going out on a date. I just walk around.

The Perfect Life- Chapter 1, The Big Game

Ok, we’re at a penguins game, and we got front row seats behind the Pens bench! We’re sitting right by Veronique, and we didn’t even know it!!! Any way, while we were waiting for the game to start, she said to us, “So, who are you rooting for?” Us- “The Pens, why else would we be here at a Penguins game if we were rooting for the Kings?” V- “I don’t know. What player are you rooting for?” Me- “Do you want all of them?” V-“What ever.” Me- “Marc-Andre’ Fleury, Nolan, Matt Bradley, Rico Fata, Ryan Malone, Brian Holzinger, Sebastian Caron, Brooks Orpik, Drake Berehowsky, and Martin Straka.” V- “That’s cool.” U- “So, who are you rooting for?” V- “I’m rooting for Marc-Andre’ Fleury. Did ya know that he’s my boy friend?” Us- “No.” Right then, Marc- Andre’ skates up and says, “Hey Veronique! Uh, who are they? (In his hot accent.) V- “They’re really, REALLY good fans of yours and of the teams.” MAF- “Cool. Hey girls, meet me out of that section. I have 2 people for you to meet.” Us- “Ok.” Me- “Move it Miss Prissy Toes! I’m going to go see my boy friend. Whoops! I mean your boy friend.” So she moves out of the way and we go to the place where Fleury told us to meet him. Right when we got there, Marc- Andre’ Fleury was walking down the walkway with Edzo and Le Poop. MAF- “Hey girls. This is Edzo, our team’s head coach. And this is Mario, the team’s captain. Guys this is… uh… um… U- “I’m Kailey, and this is Amy.” E/L- “Hello.” MAF-“So, a couple of days ago, I saw you 2 girls practicing, and you two looked pretty good. Us- “Thanks!” MAF-“ Well, I was wondering if… well, if you two could play in the NHL on the Pgh. Penguins.” Us-“Totally!” MAF-“Edzo? Mario? Is it ok?” L- “Sure.” E- “It’s a good idea, but I have to see them practice, and play every position before I come to a decision.” Me- “But we have to ask our mom first.” E- “That’s a good idea. Just so you know, we can meet with her only tonight because we have a practice tomorrow in the morning,” Me- “Awesome. We’ll tell her.” MAF- “Cool. But we have to go. The game is going to start soon.” Us- “Ok.” So while we go to our seats, I call our mom. (RRRIIINNNGGG.) Mom- “Hello?” Me- “Hey mom.” Mom- “Sup?” Me- “We just ran into Marc- Andre’ Fleury, and he had Edzo and Mario Lemieux say that we could be on the team. So I called you to see if it was all right. Mom- “I have to talk and meet them, and I have to talk to your dad about it.” Me- “Ok. Edzo said that the only time that he could meet you was tonight after the game. Is that ok?” Mom- “Sure.” Me- “Cool. Thanks Mom! Love ya! Bye!” Mom- “Love ya too! Bye.” I hang up and we sit down. V- “So, what did Marc-Andre’ want to talk to you two about?” You- “Nothing. He just wanted us to be on the team.” Me- “I bet he hasn’t asked you to be on the team.” V- “No, but are you his girl friend?” Us- “No, but we are going to get a lot of money if we’re on the team.” V- “So what??!!!” She was all mad at us, and she ignored us the whole first period. The SLU for the pens was: # 29 in goal, #82 @ C, #44 & #55 @D, and #12 and #8 @ LW/RW. At the end of the first period, the score was 3-0 pens. The goals were made by #55 assisted by #’s95 & 29, #82 assisted by #’s 8 & 15, and #15 assisted by #’s 44 & 9. During the intermission, Veronique was all mad because she thought that we were going to steal her bf. We were all makin’ fun, like if we got on the team we would date Fleury and then we would get married to him and stuff. It was really cool. While there was still time, we went to go get food and go to the bathroom and stuff. Then we went back to our seats and talked the rest of the intermission. Then the game started again. That was cool. At the end of the 2nd period, the score was 5-0 pens. The goals were made by #82 assisted by #71 and #9 assisted by #55. During the 2nd intermission, we practically did the same thing as the first. Then the 3rd period started. #7 got a 5 min. major! (Eww. Harsh!) At the end of the third period, the final score was 8-0 pens! The goals were made by: #82 (got his first hat trick of the season!) assisted by no one! #71 assisted by #’s 19 & 9. the Mellon 3 stars were:

1. Tonight’s 1st star and player of the game, #82 from the pgh. Pens! We waited for some of the people to leave the Mellon Arena. Right then, Edzo comes up and talks to us. E- “Hey girls. Did you talk to your mom yet?” You- “Yep!” E- “What did she say?” Me- “She said that it was ok.” E- “Ok. Well do know where the bus is?” Us- “No.” E- “Well, how about I go check if everyone’s done showering, and then I’ll meet you tow at the front of the arena. Us- “Sounds good.” So he goes and checks up on the team and we get our stuff and go to the place where Edzo told us to meet him. About 5 minutes after we get to the place where Edzo tells us to go. E- “Hey, sorry I took so long.” You- “That’s ok.” We go to where I parked my car and Edzo gets into the drivers seat and drives us to the bus. So we went down to the bus. Then Edzo gets out of the car and I got into the drivers seat. E- “Is everyone ready?” The Team- “Yes.” E- “Then lets get on the bus, and lets go!” So the team got on the bus, and Edzo waved for us to head on home. On the way home, we talked about how if we got on the team what would happen. You- “So, what position(s) do you wanna play if we’re allowed on the team?” Me- “I wanna play either goalie, center, or defense.” You- “Cool.” Me- “What about you?” You- “I either wanna play center or defense.” Me- “Awesome.” We talk and listen to music the rest of the way home. When we’re about 20 minutes away from the house, you call mom because I am kinda driving, You call the house and the answering machine picks up. Am- “Hello. Brad and Vicky aren’t home right now. If you leave your name, number and a short message, we’ll get back to you. BEEEEEEP!” You- “Hey mom, its Kailey and Amy. We’re about 20 minutes away from the house. Just wanted to tell you that, Love Ya! Bye!” As I said, we talked and listened to music the rest of the way home. We get home and walk inside. Me- “MOM? DAD? WE’RE HOME!” Right then, mom and dad come running. You call for Edzo and Mario. They all say hi to each other. Mom- “Well, lets go and talk all of this over in the back. Shall we?” Dad- “I’ll be there in a minute. I have to get some stuff.” Then the whole team and us go inside and spread out into the living room and dinning room. We, of course, sit by all of the HOTT people on the team. We’re talking to Fleury and he gave us some pointers. MAF- “So, if you’re allowed to be on the team, what positions do you girls want to play?” You-“I either want to play center or defense.” MAF- “That’s cool. So, what positions do you want to play Amy?” Me- “I wanna either play goalie, center, or defense.” MAF- “That’s cool and all, but if you lose a game, everyone says it’s your fault because you lost.” Me- “Oh, really??? Well, I think I can handle it.” MAF- “Well, if you need any help, I’ll be glad to help.” Me- “I’ll surely keep that in mind. Thanks!” MAF- “No prob.” Well, lets go back to mom and dad. You whisper to me- “Hey, shouldn’t we go to the meeting to find out what’s going on?” Me- “Ok.” So we go into the breakfast nook. Mom- “Oh, hi girls.” Us- “Hey.” Me- “So, what’s going on?” Dad- “We were just talking about you. What do you think about being in the NHL?” You- “I think it’s totally cool!” Me- “I think that it would be totally awesome! But I think that you two are mad that we are going to have a job that is successful and we would get sooooooooo much money than you would ever make in your life!” Dad- “Why I otta!” Mom- “But what if your team loses, how would you two feel?” You- “We’d feel ok about it, Plus Marc-Andre’ Fleury gave us some tips. We’re totally cool with it. So, can we be on the team?” Mom- “I’ll have to see the contracts before I even come to a decision.” E- “Lucky for you, I brought their contracts…” When right then, Fleury and Caron walk in, C- “What’s happenin’?” Me- “They’re looking over our contracts to see if they agree with any of it.” MAF/C- “Ohhhhhh.” MAF- “Can we stay?” You- “Uh, sure. But if they come to a decision, DON’T TELL ANYONE!” Me- “We wanna tell them.” Mom- “Well these look to be ok.” Us- “So, are we on the team?” Mom- “Sure,” Right then, you, me, Fleury, and Caron scream with delight. Then we go into the walkway between the living room and dinning room. Then we go about 1/4th of the way up the steps so everyone could see us. You yell- “CAN WE HAVE YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE? WE HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAKE!!” Me- “ Our parents agreed that we could be on the team!” Everyone screamed and congratulated us. Then Edzo told us that we had to be at the Mellon at 10:00am for a meeting. So we had to be in nice clothes but bring clothes to practice in afterwards. Everyone left the house. Then we went to bed. We were way too excited to go to sleep, but somehow, at about midnight, we found a way.

I am a young writer with a lot of class. She wants to be either a children’s author or a teacher for little kids. Cassandra loves children and animals. Her friends inspire her to write very interesting stories. Though she is in High School, nothing is going to stop her from writing.
